My bp readings for 3 days is 136-144/85-93 and one week bp is 129-146/84-98. On 30 april 139/93 @ 6.14 am and 140/86 @ 4.07 pm. My age is 64 yrs. Please let me know whether it is normal or any medication is required. Which is better amlong or cilacar?
