If it is in sludge (micro calculi) form, then there may be possibility of clearance by medicine. Time duration of treatment is difficult to predict. However you may take the medicine for at least 2-3 months. To remember that, your lipid profile should be take care of if altered. Hello keep taking golbi as advised. Take lots of fluids. Avoid fatty meals and oils. Add Vit E caps 600 mg once daily In addition to golbi. Do a repeat usg after 6 weeks of starting treatment. If it is pure sludge it improves by 2 months of Treatment... may be takes more time sometimes. But if there are microcalculi.. Resolution is difficult. Regards
