My mother got operated with vestibular shawanomma and it was around 5 cm and after stich removal removal there was a swelling in the place of stitches and doctor gave acetamide tablets and we used for 29fays it still swelling is there a nfmy my mother has headache aswwtkk and wet could not visit doctor again cute to covif lock down kindly help me.

Swelling can be present at the operative site for few days after operation. It is generally aseptic and resolves by itself. If headache persists or there is increase in size of swelling then you need to consult a neurosurgeon and get the patient evaluated.
