Hello. Since you haven’��t mentioned your age, I will explain you all possible scenarios. If you happen to be a teen or adult, mostly you have myopia or astigmatism. In majority of cases, myopia will get haulted by the 20s-30s. In case you are elderly, you might have plus numbers that is presbyopia. In that case, as your age will advance further the numbers will keep on increasing too. But if your numbers are changing too frequently (every 6 months) then you should consult an eye clinic and get view tests done to rule out conditions like keratoconus or glaucoma. Hope this helps.
