I have used fudic bnf cream for 3 months along with ketoconazole cream so now I am scared that my skin must not have damaged bcz it is not good to apply this cream for a long time so please tell me how to know that my skin is damaged or not.

Hi! in this 21 st century, medical information is misguided, as such public is suffering with many health issues. Fudic bnf cream is a combination of steroid and antibiotic .anyways, don't worry. Now at least stop using this cream. Apply nivea or any other good moisturising cream 5-6 times a day to retain the damaged skin barrier function back and follow other small tips 1) limit your bath time to just 5-10 minutes 2) apply oil before bath 3) use only luke warm water for bathing and only mild soap 4) use doctor prescribed moisturiser at least 5-6 times a day 5) keep nails short 6) wear full sleeves loose cotton clothes 7) avoid contact with irritants and detergents 8) avoid dust, dry weather and mites.
