Fits cause spasm of the various muscles and frothing from mouth and upturning of eyeballs.. Heart attack causes severe pain in chest or neck or left arm with profuse sweating and palpitations ,ghabrahat....the pt is responsive in initial few hours of attack but unlikely in fits
