I am having mild hypertension. I am checking it from 3-4 months and it comes out 90-135 to 100-140. I am 32 years old and software engineer by profession. So there is less physical activity in my daily routine. My mother is also a high bp patient from many years. She is taking amlip 5 medicine daily. I want to know can we get covid vaccine shot? What should I do to control my bp to get it normal. I feel extra stress from my bp other than my work and now extra with covid news. Do I need to start daily medicine?
