It swells under my eyes and itches on my eyelids, it increases in winters, it has been going for last two months.

it s commonly due to allergy. allergy can be controlled easily using eye drops. But there are many eye drops and specific eye drops can only be prescribed after seeing the eye clinically as treatment depends on severity. also dip a handkerchief in little cold water and keep over closed eyes.. you will feel better
