My 10 year old son, weight is 30 kg fallen in ground his lips is injured by own tooth .injury is not recovered till now.

See any ulcer or injuries happene in oral region, it will heal fast unless and until you take proper treatment of it, the gel you r applying is ok and it takes to gel to heal your son's lip, so if more than 10-20 days happened and injury is not healed please consult me so that I can diagnose it properly and treat it well.
