was diagnosed with endometriosis few years back and took treatment for 1 year and all my symptoms reduced and I was having regular periodsnin correct 28 to 39 days and also not that painful period but this month my date was 6th but till now I have no periods I am worried because if endometriosis as not single month in the last two my period was late.
