My pimples are like tiny bombs and my skin is dry. I use black face wash for cleaning, dewsoft lotion for removing pimples sports and zyclin nano gel for removing pimples. But when I stop using them the pimples come back. please tell me what should I do?(my age is 15)

Acne vulgaris is very common in teenage. The following may help you :- 1. Avoid picking on your acne 2. Avoid excessive dairy products or junk food in your diet and drink plenty of water. 3. Use salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based facewash twice daily. A dermatologist can guide you proper facewash according to your skin type. 4. Stop any over the counter face creams/ oils if you are applying on face. 5. Avoid oiling your hair. If you wish to apply oil, apply it only on the length of your hair and not in roots. 6. Then apply honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water; then rinse again with cold water to close the pores. Yeast and yogurt mask for oily skin--oily skin is prone to acne, and this home remedy can reduce excess oil and help clear acne. To make the mask, combine 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast with a little plain yogurt to create a thin mixture. Apply it thoroughly to all the oily areas and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
