I have knee pain in right knee for around a year. Taking shelcal hd for 3 months but it does not improves. Uric acid test comes out normal. After doctor consideration takes knee joint care tab but thats have side effects like nausea and vomiting so leaves. Pain in knee mostly I stand for some time or knee in one position for a few minutes. No pain while walking or cycling. What should I do?
