I am having like a pimple near my anus it?s on the left side near anal opening may be it?s a abscess and also in the upper portion of 1 inch gap I am feeling pain so much like there is a pus but no opening is there whenever I touch that area there is pain I am feeling constipated I am taking stool softer what it is what medicines should I take and is it severe?
