Hi i'm esther, i'm 18 but I look like a 12 years old, I have been trying to weight gain but I guess it's not working, took apetamin and some multivitamins. It made me hungry but I still had no appetite to eat and as a result of that I became thinner. It really bothers me cause my clothes are not fitting anymore and I get body shamed often. What should I do?

focus on fixing your digestion first , fix the gut it will increase your hunger. eat frequent meals. additional calories is needed to make you gain weight.
