Hello, thanks for the query. Injection alarmin sn is vitamin b12 injection (methylcobalamine). Usually given if there is b12 deficiency or patient has general weakness, peripheral neuropathy symptoms. It can be taken if prescribed. However, primary need is to have a strict blood glucose control in diabetes. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. So please ensure she has good glucose control. Thanks.
