I am having red streaks in my eyes which worsens using mobile phone. First it was in right eye but now it is in both eyes. When I used artificial tears today there was no more redness then I used phone and redness appeared again.

It looks like computer vision syndrome. While working on a pc or mobile you should actively keep blinking n take your eyes off the screen every 20 to 30 minutes. Also you need artificial tears or tear substitutes .apart from this there are other causes which can be known only after you get yourself examined.
