Respected Dr. Sahib I suffered from laziness tiredness and even day time drowsiness last six months. My all reports of sugar thyroid b12 vit d and cbc all are ok but I am taking absolute 3g, co qforte and nurokind lc but not batter. After add modafinil 100 mg slightly batter but drowsiness occurs and tiredness immediately and no symptoms. Our medicine doctor advised consulting neuro for need of MRI brain. Pl suggest.
