I'm 26 years old and virgin girl. I had been laparoscopic surgery on 2018 september (endometriosis 3rd stage 9 cm chocolate cyst remove during surgery and retrograde mensuration also). Still i'm in birth control pills 21 tablet back to back for 42 days. My problem is heavy bleeding on mensuration days. So I took again pill on 3rd day of the period. But my period didn't stop so I took 2 pill per day and tranexamic acid 2 per day. My weight is 41 kg, height was normal. Now 6th day of period still I had pad. Desogestrel (0.15 mg, ethinylestradiol (0.02 mg) pills contain. Last one month I had too many household chores and I cried soo many times last one month cause family issues. One thing last two period was normal. I'm really worried about my health. I'm endometriosis patients from age of 12. Last october ultrasound scan was normal. What was the real problem for me?
