Hello! do not worry dear ,you have come through a hard struggle with your pain and your surgery. 9 cm cyst is large, but now that it is removed you should see improvement. Hopefully injections were started after your surgery to decrease the pain. First 2-3 cycles may have heavy bleeding and pain but it will gradually get better.

Do you also have pain during your periods? If the bleeding and pain doesn't stop, you will need a higher dose ocps. Take ovral g for 3 cycles and then switch back to your previous ocps. Endometriosis can still persist in microscopic forms not detectable by ultrasound. If you are married, try to conceive as early as possible by taking treatment as it becomes difficult later on.
