Good morning Dr. sahib. First of all thanks for sparing your valuable time. Tsh level before 6 months was around 5.65. He is continuously tak8 ng thyronorm first 4 months 25 mcg after that another Dr. reduced the dose to 12. 5 mcg. Thyroid function was not checked in neonatal period. The child is lethargic, has chronic constipation: insomnia. But no cold intolerance as he feels warm every time even in ac room. He never takes even sheet over him. please help me Dr. sahib.

Hello, thanks for the answer. It is essential to check current tsh level. Secondly how is the child's studying and and any iq tests have been done? Lethargy can be due to uncontrolled hypothyroidism. How is weight and height. My suggestion is please come back with all the details in a private conversation where all the reports can be posted, plus I will be able to talk to you and will be able to specifically advise. Unless current tsh & t4 levels are known, no suggestions can be given. I hope you understand. Thanks.
