My mother's ct scan report is finding are suggesting of fibrosis changes along with bronchiectasis in the anterior and posterior segment of the left upper lobe possibly siquale of previous infective etiology. Is it a serious issue? She's suffering from shortness of breath. She taking nebulizer. Please tell is it serious issue? She's around 48.

Hi, lybrate user, Brockhiectasis results from an infection or other medical condition such as pneumonia and fibrosis with accumulation of mucus resulting in laboured breathing , cough producing large amount of phlegm. She needs nebulizer for the time being with support of homoe medication , underlying : @ Blatta orientalis Q-20 drops with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Avoid , junk food, dust and cold intake . Tk, care.
