I am 62 years old, I am having sugar for 20 years. I am taking medication insulin injections, tablet and nerve tablet. Now I am having high blood pressure 170/80. My blood level is 6.8, sugar 150 mg/dl, urea 44 mg/dl, creatine 1.7. Please suggest any medicine.
