With med there will be temporary relief. However may take any suitable pain killer which is not allergic to you. But do not take too much. Dentist will advise you to surgically extract wisdom tooth at appropriate time. Pl meet him and get checked. However till that time you may do an experiment by doing water pulling in mouth (kulle) by dissolving little alum in a glass of water. Do twice or thrice a day for 2 weeks or more. May add little turmeric also in water. If doesn't settle extraction is the only way.
