Yes you can take paracetamol before getting vaccinated it helps in reducing the pain at the site of infection but cetrizine is not recommended. You can use paracetamol post vaccination if fever or pain is present.

No need to take any medicines before taking vaccine. After taking vaccine, to reduce pain you can take paracetamol if developing fever, can continue paracetamol.
