I am a 77 years old male, having history of high diabetes (and related ailments like neuropathy), spondylitis, stable angina in the past (?). I am on oral medication, not on insulin. Seeing my old age, how should I take care of my health without going for angiography / angioplasty? Which non-invasive medical tests should I go for on a routine basis (quarterly, semi-annually or annually) to have a clear position of my health?
