Sir I am a diabetic for 12 years. My hba1c is 5.9.fbs 100 and pps 132 (one touch select glucometer) lipid is good. S. Creatinine 0.74.lft and kft is in normal range. On teneligliptin 20 mg, metformin 250 mg, pioglitazone 7.5 my, benidipine 8 my novastat 10 mg and methypreg 75 Mr. The present problem is persistent pain on th upper back, hand fingers and severe knee and foot pain. Please suggest any medicine suitable for me.

Your blood glucose seems to be very well controlled plus other parametters also are quite good, so it is difficult to understand the problem that you are having. It is possible that the issue may not be related to diabetes. So you may need to consult a physician and an orthopedic specialist. Thanks.
