It is secreation from eyes may be due to cold infection or mild conjuntivitis, you take puls 30 thrice daily, euphrasia lotion 2 drops thrice daily continue for 5 to 7 days.

Hello. White particle like discharge can be either due to infection (like conjunctivitis, dacryocystitis or cellulitis) or inflammation (meibomitis). There might be an eye infection.
