Why to let spread the abscess? Its time to visit a dentist. Dentist will take an x-ray of the culprit tooth and find out whether rct and cap can be done to save the tooth and prevent the formation of pus in future due to that particular tooth. After examination if dentist says that rct and cap can be done then you should definitely go with it. It's the best treatment possible if there is no need of tooth removal.
