You need to get your anxiety professionally evaluated by a psychiatrist either in person or online. Anxiety occurs due to reduced serotonin in mind (brain), a neurotransmitter. Medications like ssri or snri group would relive the symptoms of anxiety addressing the cause. Solopose is mild anxiolytic, which does not act on the cause but the symptom. Kindly consult a psychiatrist. Good luck.

I think feeling better with a calm mind is a huge benefit from the medication. If it has not been too many days of lack of sleep not to worry. But I hope you are exercising everyday. Also even if you don't get sleep don't sleep during the daytime or even lie down. Then make sure you wake up at a fixed time everyday immaterial of whether you get sleep or not. Ideally, it should be at 6 am everyday. If you can have your dinner at 8 pm latest, it would be better. You must also go for some counseling and deal with your emotions adequately and then you will see a huge change in your life.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, I am assuming that it was not a psychiatrist that you consulted. Having frequent worries, being unable to sleep and feeling restless in your mind are all symptoms that suggest an anxiety disorder which can easily be controlled with the correct treatment. From the medicines you were given, it seems that a psychiatrist had not assessed you. So my suggestion would be a psychiatry consult for the right help. All the best!
