Namaste sir/madam. I am suffering with right arm pain from wrist to elbow sometimes to shoulder too due to injury caused by a fighting. I can not sleep at night due to intense ache and warmness in arm. Feeling like my blood flowing and gathering in one place when I move my arm. No black spot or patches due to injury. Feeling like a stretching pain. Doing heat therapy. Taking otc pain medicine diclofenac, serrapeptidase, making massage with thrombophob ointment. But getting worse. No signs of any fractures or bleeding. No visible injury signs. What else I can do.
