Initially you can choose a lonely place but gradually you will need to exercise with fellow human beings because we can't thrive in isolation and can die of loneliness. 6. Healthy die which is low on sugars and processed foods is a must. High sugar, fats and processed foods are linked to anxiety and panic attacks as it elevates the blood sugar causing irritability and anxiety.
