My mother is having a treatment of archanoid spinal cyst from past 4 years. Little buzzing noise started in her years 6 month ago which suddenly stopped after two months and she had pain behind ear. Suddenly approx 1.5 months ago she had extreme dizziness (room moving) ,vomiting .dr said it is cervical problem and gave medications for it. Dizitac tab (cinnarizine+dimenhydrinate, rejunex cd3 ,pentanerv for 1 month and then again continued for 20-25 days. He also gave osteoarthritis medications which he stopped after 20 days but others are still continuing. After dizziness she had extreme fatigue .she can't even sit for more than 15 mins for 3-5 days. Even after 1.5 months she gets tired very extremely even on doing very little work/walking. She has headaches sometimes too in the centre of head . should we go for mri? Can it be a symptom of something other than cervical problems? Is it it symptom of a brain tumor or due to her spinal arachnoid cyst? Should we go for mri?
