Because there is no mention of actual glucose levels like fbg, pp glucose, hba1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern, lipid profile, bp readings, serum urea and creatinine. All these details are necessary because of your age. Another important aspect you are on an old compound glibenclamide which is known to cause severe hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). So if you want any specific advise as regards the treatment, I need to know all the above details, then only will be able to advise and if necessary recommend / prescribe a medication, only when you come back in a private conversation.
