Hi Sanjay. I would like to educate you about biological tapering. Itâs a slow process but a very effective way to come out of a drug like petril ... 1. first u take a cup and teaspoon. 2. Mix the tablet in the cup full of water. 3. Take the teaspoon and take 1 teaspoon of water out of cup and drink it, Continue this everyday for a week. 4. The second week take off 2 teaspoons of water and drink the rest. The 3 rd week take off 3 tsp of water and drink .... like wise repeat this process every week till the cup is empty. This way u will slowly come out of the addictive drug. Hope this will work well for u.

Petril is clonazepam, which is a benzodiazepine and is highly addictive and is not advised as mono therapy or self medication as long term it can cause serious side effects like cognitive decline, easy dementia, personality changes, or even withdrawal seizures. Kindly consult a psychiatrist nearby on how to come out of benzodiazepine dependence. Good luck.

It is ideal that you seek the help of a counselor and get some help in dealing with your condition with some skills and tools. As you progress n the therapy, you can look at reducing the medication together with your doctor. It looks like you are already improving by changing the medication and perhaps the dosage also. So the prognosis is very good. But this approach I am proposing will be the right way to completely come off of the medication under the right supervision and therapy.

Hi lybrate-user, would recommend to consult a psychotherapist who can help you to deal with it in an effective manner. Few techniques to handle: (1) know your anxiety patterns and avoid such situations immediately (2) focus more on positive behavior (3) develop coping mechanisms and support system to deal when in trouble.

Stress patients worry too much. Stress in today?s day & age where stress is high, feelings of frustration can emerge. It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Another way of perceiving these feelings of frustration can be by looking at them as an opportunity to push ourselves to go that little extra mile until we achieve our objective. However, there are times when we all can go around in circles; and being in this space can be quite upsetting and lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and can even cloud our mind and judgment. Exercise one hr daily, oil massage body, hobby, support from friends family, help others, weekly holiday, yoga, meditation continue medicines.
