I brush my teeth twice a day but I have noticed that my teeth colour has become yellow which was not the case earlier. What should I do?

If you are brushing very vigorously, then due to excessive friction, there is loss of enamel. When the enamel layer of the teeth is thinned, teeth start appearing yellow due to dentin, the inner layer. Brush using soft toothbrush and clean all areas in 2 minutes.
