I had lower abd pain (colicky and cramps) it was severe and started gradually after passing urine 3 days ago. It took around 45 min to relieve the pain after taking pantosec and walking (it was worsening by sitting). It was radiating to every part of the pelvis and to thighs. After relief, I am feeling constant pressure in pubis symphysis area even while passing urine and stools. This type of pain occurs every 3-4 months with same heaviness afterwards and then full relief after some days. Usg whole abd was normal. What should I do, is there anything to be worried about? Please can you tell me.
