I am 19 years and I am having hypothyroidism from the age of 13. Recently in january 2021 I did my thyroid test and the level of tsh was 10.88 and was prescribed thyronorm of 100 mcg .two days back I got myself tested again since I am having hair fall and body pains and found that my tsh has fall to 0.07 with ft4 1.74 and ft3 2.93 my weight is 64 kgs and height 5'4.can you please tell in this concern whether I am having hyperthyroidism now or is it hypothyroidism? And what I can further do? Please suggest hair fall tablet too.

At this level of tsh hold thyroxine for a while, say 2 months. Repeat tsh. You need to do antibodies as well for thyroid. Since you were having hypothyroidism since 6 years I think it should be autoimmune thyroiditis which sometimes has an increased hormone producing stage. 100 mcg was optimal for your body weight. I think consulting an endocrinologist will be ideal for you.
