Your blood sugars reflect more or less good control. If your kidney function is okay you could add metformin 500 mg before lunch. Ldl should be below 100. Also if you're eating carb rich foods which include a lot of vegetables (which grow beneath the earth) and fruits unfortunately, your blood sugar control will be compromised. It could also be a gradual decline to your pancreas. If this trend continues please consult a doctor.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have gone through the details mentioned. Your blood glucose seems to be quite well controlled. At your age ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp should be 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. So there is a need to look at your dietary intake more carefully and also increase the physical activity to about 1 hour plus exercise a day. Your lipid s seem to be fine, however, there is no mention of actual values of hdl & ldl. (ldl in a diabetes person should be < 70 mg). In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be recommended, that can be done only in private conversation. Thanks.
