Sir, I have dark knuckles and such type of dark point are on the all fingers, even all are skin are bright and comparatively fingers head are very dark as we don't expect. And at some points also and there is thick skin. Why is this occurs? Can it be treated? Homeopathy is required for treatment.

Cut a large lemon in half. Squeeze out some of the juice from both halves so that you have two hollow halves or "cups. Apply this on joint. You can rub away any excess pulp, but don't wash area for about 3 hours. Wash off the lemon juice with some warm water. Repeat this every day until the dark skin begins to fade.
