Hello sir, greetings from your ayurveda wellness coach. Rajesh ji, generally tiredness can be due to many reasons. It starts from your diet, if you are not following proper food intake and if you are skipping your breakfast or irregular in food intake, that has to be changed immediately. Leading healthy lifestyle is very important. Avoid taking stress and anxiety. If you have sleep issues, do mention that so that we can correct that too. If you are interested in using ayurvedic medicines, you can let me know, I will guide you. Avoid all electronic gadget usage after 8/9.00 pm. You may listen to the soft music at bedroom and do not keep any electronic gadgets near to your head region including charging devices. Finish your dinner earlier and later on walk for 30 minutes and then freshen up by bathing and then go to the bed. You may prefer to drink warm milk by adding 4 grains of crushed pepper. After having dinner. Further if you have doubts, I suggest you to consult me so that I can guide you further. Usage of ashwagandha is good for tiredness and weakness, but I suggest you to consult for detailed information in dose and usage. Thanks and regards.
