I have pain in both of my achilles' s heels. It feels kind of tender. Please advise.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Normally it is insertional tendinitis, can be due to spur at that point. It is pain due to localized inflammation. You need to: 1) do intensive ice packs or cryotherapy with your physical therapist 2) anti-inflammatory medications which suit you like diclofenac, aceclofenac etc. 3) ultrasonic s for local application by a physical therapist 4) physical therapy sessions initially in presence of a physical therapist and maybe then on your own.
