Yes you can take myotop if the pain is not reducing or you can also take ultracet forte if pain is severe. I suggest you to apply diclofenac ointment and cover it with a cotton cloth for 10 mins, clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation. This process will help reduce pain as well.

Hello, you should avoid weight bearing on your affected limb for 10-14 days. Use crebe bandage. Over affected area. Ice pack, tab chymoral forte will help in decreasing the swelling first 4-5 days .you can use local diclofenac oinment. Tab myotop 150 mg is a muscle relaxants. Not a good painkiller. Particular in this case. Most effective method is avoide weight bearing. Allow some time to heal your soft tissue & tendons .good luck.

Give rest to the limb avoid full weight bearing ,only partial weight bearing allowed. Food end evaluation while going to sleep don't not massage over the swelling area myotop is not appropriate for your problem tab chymoral forte 3 times a day for 3 to 4 days once swelling subsides pain also starts subsiding.
