I hope you had stopped the medicine only after consulting your doctor, because if you do it on your own there are chances of relapse. Rest along with medication try to consult a counselor who can help you deal with your anxiety and sleeping disorders by modification and few lifestyle changes. Rest no medicine is good for long term use but your doctor will help you till when you can and do not stop on your own. Â

You may listen to soft music in the bedroom and do not keep any electronic gadgets near to your head region including charging devices. ?as you rule, if you are able to complete a good sleep for at least 6 hours in the night time, then consider it as good enough.
