My fasting sugar label is 172 and pp is 281. I am taking metformin hydrochloride 500 mg +glimepiride 1 mg combination tab 1/2 in morning. Two month before my sugar readings were 140 & 180. Three days before my readings were 289 & 282 (pp) respectively than I start taking 1/2 tab before my night sleep. My age is 55 and my name is manoj please guide me.
