Hello I am sourav bhattacharjee age - 30 I am using prescription eye drops for eye infection since 5th may as I have redness, itching etc my ophthalmologist has prescribed many drops and he is changing them after 3 weeks such as maximum, sayofresh, bepovis, olopat, virson gel, moxifloxacin ointment, lotepred, ap drops lp etc now since 1-2 weeks I am seeing vision problem problem seeing far clearly. So I want to know can eye drops damage vision causes vision loss because I heard steroid eye drops etc if used for longer can vision loss I am using for 3 months when I stop using after my problem gone will the vision come back because I have no vision problem before my infection. Please reply?

Eye drops do not usually cause damage over such short period, even steroid eye drops. Continued use over years can lead to cataract.
