Dental hygiene instructions - 1.brush twice a day with ultra soft tooth brush 2.use floss daily 3. If indental gap is more then use narrow space proxa brush 4.do warm saline rinses 3 times a day for 7 days 5.do not try to bite with your front teeth on hard surface .the chances of fracture of teeth will be more.
