I am 20 year old. I'm suffering from fear. My fears appears to be stupid to all. But it is not a simple thing for me. I'm really feared of answering a question to my teachers. Even though if I know the answer I can't answer it. Even before the class get started I afraid of answering the question. Each day I wanted to cancel the class and runaway from class cause i'm feared of answering to my teachers. Also I can't able to standup and read the book when teachers ask me to do. I'm really tired of this fearing. I don't know this is inherited problem or anything else. I just want to end my fears.
