Having colitis last 15 yrs, always constipated, took various treatment, only psyllium husk (isabgol) works for me like heaven ,could be used for long term ,any side affects? What's your advice?

Yes you can use it but you have to think other ways like working out eating lots and lots of fibres in your diet drinking 8-10 glasses of water exercise regularly good luck.
