I have gutkha stains on my teeth please suggest some effective paste or powder for brushing which can remove or lighten that stains.

if you don't go for the session of cleaning of tooth than get it done first. This will help you to removal or lighten the stains. If you already done a cleaning session than use a toothpaste glowdent.

Its highly impossible to remove gutka stains from teeth. Kindly consult a dentist in person advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. You may consult me in person. Cause of discoloration ? smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. Ouit habits strictly here is home remedy for brighter teeth. Bake bread until its shell becomes charred. Get a small portion of its charred peel and mix with toothpaste; brush your teeth with this mixture before bedtime. With this mixture you should not use frequently, 2 times /per day. Your teeth will improve significantly. Keep the remaining part in the cool place for the next time. Don?t mix with toothpaste.
