My report says moderate diffuse posterior central bulge of l4-l5 disc with annular fissure and interior subligamentous migration causing secondary bilateral lateral recess stenosis. It indents bilateral traversing l5 nerve roots grade 1 listhesis of l5 vertebrae over s1 with bilateral spondylosis at l5 level and diffuse posterior pseudo bulge of l5-s1 disc with annular tear causing foramina narrowing and compression over anterior epidural fat and bilateral traversing s1 and exiting l5 nerve roots can doing mckenzie exercises with variations will help me cure?
