My husband is diagnosed with itp immune thrombocytopenic purpura. Suggest which doctor we should consult also after taking medicine 1st week platelets increased from 40000 to 60000 but the next again it falls down to 55000 though we started the treatment since 3 weeks back. His bone marrow test is absolutely normal.
